A little, Spy. Thanks.
Jude, for every bit of shitty news, there's always some that's not. For example, a multi-pubbed friend of mine was told by her pub that her fourth book wasn't going to be picked up. Today I received an email from her saying that her editor suggested some changes, and now she's back in the game.
That made me feel better. Publishers seem to change their minds more than I change my hair color.
That's true, Kathy. Thanks for some much-needed optimism.
